Standard Runtime, Inc. ("Standard Runtime," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you visit standardruntime.com, contact us, or (when enabled) create an account, and how we use that information.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you submit forms (for example, early access or contact), we collect what you send—typically name, email, and message content.

Information collected automatically

We and our hosting providers may collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed. We use this to operate, secure, and improve the site.

Account data (when available)

If you are invited into the product, we process account identifiers, organization membership, authentication factors, and usage needed to provide the service. Authentication is handled through our identity provider (Supabase).

2. How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries and early-access requests.
  • Operate, maintain, and secure the website and portal.
  • Send transactional email (for example, contact confirmations or auth messages).
  • Comply with law and enforce our terms.
  • Improve product design with aggregated or de-identified insights.

3. Service providers

We use trusted processors to run the service, including hosting (Vercel), database and authentication (Supabase), and email delivery (Resend). They process data on our instructions and under contractual safeguards. Payment processing (Stripe) applies when billing features are enabled.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and local storage as needed for security, session management, and preferences. See our Cookie Policy for details.

5. Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law. You may ask us to delete contact submissions where applicable.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Security

We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to an early-stage infrastructure product. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. International transfers

We may process data in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. We use safeguards required by applicable law for cross-border transfers.

9. Children

The site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
